Lie flat on the floor while bending your elbows with the dumbbells in each hand. Then, raise them straight above you. This exercise builds your chest muscles.
- Bicep Curl
Hold a dumbbell on each hand while standing straight with your arms down. To start, curl them in an upward and downward motion. This will help develop your biceps in its maximum potential.
- Dumbbell Squat
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and positioning your legs apart. Dropdown until the dumbbells are only an inch away from the floor and then go back to the starting position.
